Following a starring role in Friday night’s South African Premier Division match, Free State Stars forward Mohammed Anas gave possibly the best Man of the Match speech of all-time.
Fresh from scoring twice in the 2-2 with Ajax Cape Town, Anas, 22, got somewhat carried away…
It all started perfectly innocently as he thanks his fans and wife… before also thanking his GIRLFRIEND.
Immediately after the clearly-accidental slip of the mind – and tongue – Anas backtracks in the most grovelling of ways, repeating over and over again how much he loves his wife.
The Ghanaian striker - who not only scored twice on the pitch, has apparently done so off it - said: "I appreciate my fans, my wife and my girlfriend.
"I mean my wife! Sorry to say, I'm so sorry, my wife.
"I love you so much. I love you so much from my heart."
I suspect Mohammed Anas drinks @SavannaCider. It takes some serious apples to be that honest.
