Doreen Fu is not only the beautiful bride but also a fitness fanatic who recently hit headlines after her wedding video were viewed and shared thousand of times.
The 33-year-old gorgeous bride tied the know with her loved man in September this year in the city of Kaohsiung in southern Taiwan.
However, the wedding was not a usual one as the woman in a wedding dress and full makeup was demonstrating pull-ups as some sort of entertainment.
The young lady explained that she went in for bodybuilding and started a strict diet about three years ago when she gained some weight.
Now, proud of her super-toned body, power and a title of “the strongest bride”, Fu said: “I think this is great. Being called “strong” means I have exercised well. After all, it was hard for a woman to grow muscles.”
Fu is not alone on her hobby, her husband is a bodybuilder too. Actually, the couple met at the gym and even had dates there helping each other. Many of our friends wanted us to have a set of exercise-themed wedding pictures, however we did not manage to due to some obstacles.
So we started thinking how to combine working out with our wedding. And I thought why not doing pull-ups in my wedding dress?” The newlywed now hopes to be a professional personal trainer to help other women follow a healthy and effective way of bodybuilding.
